Review: I prepaid 9 months on a clarinet rental on 9/23/13. That night we realized the brand of clarinet does not match it's case, it's old and dirty, we tried to return it next day. The owner ignored us, even when I bought it back a few times, he just said you can leave it, but nothing I can do. Since there's a minimum term of 3 months on rental, we waited until12/23/13 to return. Upon receiving, he tried to pick on every little thing about the clarinet and said he needs to send it out to estimate for repair( even his assistant said, "You just need to screw this back, that's it.") He has not respond to our email since, and he's intending on keeping our unused 6 months rental fee and deposit. According to him, since he didn't write or sign anything on the contract, there's nothing we can do. He's a dishonest merchant, putting a no name clarinet in a brand name case to cheat the customer, not signing or indicating the brand of equipment on the contract, and said law is on his side. People should know so he can't do this to others.Desired Settlement: Refund my unused 6 months rental + tax, $23 * 6 * 1.08=149.04 and my deposit $95149.04 + 95=244.04
