I droped my dress for cleaning at Oxford Cleaners, which was owned by QCleaners, in March When I Picked it up on April 5th, it was stained so I returned itI was told that they will clean it and give me a callI never got a callWhen I came back two weeks later, the man there send me to QCleaners cross street to see his wife *** and the dress was transferred over thereWhen I went to QCleaners *** asked me to give two more weeks she's going to try to clean the dress or pay for it, she'll give me a callShe never didI went back there she asked me to give her two weeks again.....meanwhile the dress is looking worse and worseIt's a size black and white Halston Heritage dress, all the white part of the dress is now stainedIt's not wearableShe 's offering me a $and some store credit which is not even a 1/of the price of my dress
