Been paying for 2 vacuums thanks to their lack of due diligence.
Did a trade-in with their college employees Maria and Kristine who were in training last August. Turned my old Kirby to them and they were supposed to merge the balance of it with the new purchase. They merged the balance, but never contacted/ended the contract with the other finance company. When I first noticed in November, I contacted the finance company who tols me I would have to speak with the people that took the vacuum. I contacted *** thr manager in Dec 19. I have heard my manager is going to call you back for months with No resolution yet. The latest I called was Thursday, 25 Jun with "my manager is going to call you in a few minutes from a 540 or 980 area code, watch out for it" answer from *** yet again. Called today, 6/30/2020 and was disconnected. And still nothing from these people but the runaround.
I'm looking for a refund for the vacuum that I have been paying on and don't have in my possession for the time that it wasn't with me AND return it to my possession AND cancel my current contract because I no longer want to have anything to do with this horrible business.
We contacted the customer yesterday and are working to take care of her problem ASAP. We will contact you once it is fully resolved. Thank you for all your support.
I cancelled within the 3day contract guideline. They picked up their product but did not return my trade in vacuum or refund my $200 deposit as the contract indicated. I've called and no one has returned my call.

Refund I would like my original vacuum returned or equal equipment and my deposit of $200 returned.
We did pick up the merchandise but this happened the day before the "stay at home order" was issued in Charlotte NC. Due to the order, our dealers were unable to return to work and we were left with no one to return the merchandise. We will explore mailing the old Tradein to the customer with the hopes of resolving this issue. Please accept our deepest apologies as we work to resolve things while adhering to safe practices.

The response failed to mention the return of my $200.00 deposit. I would like my money returned. It is well past the 10 day timing. The stay at order in Charlotte, NC was issued by the governor on 3/27/2020. I completed my cancellation request on 3/18/2020. The equipment was picked up on 3/19/2020. On that day I called the corporate office and was told to call back Monday 3/23/2020. I called back on 3/23/2020 and was told my refund of $200.00 would be mailed. It has not been received. This was all discussed prior to the stay at home order.
We will send out the down payment as well as money for an equivalent of the Tradein. Sending the money registered mail today. Hopefully this will take care of the situation to everyone's satisfaction.

I accept receiving my full refund of 200.00 and the equivalent for my trade in vacuum because that is what is due to me per the signed contract and 3 day cancellation policy.I am just not convinced that it will be sent due to someone telling me this would happen back on March 23, 2020. If it is not received I will make another report.
I am still waiting for 200.00 refund for my deposit and equivalent for my trade in as promised on April 21st, 2020. It is now April 30, 2020 and still no word from them. I called and left a message on April 29, 2020 during business hours. It is concerning that this company has had my cancellation request as of March 18th, and this is still unresolved.

Return product picked up 10/03/2019. Spoken to several reps including owner Scott, now no answer. Still no refund of $1600, suppose to take few days.
Purchased Kirby vacuum on 9/30/2019 for $1600, Serial ***. Called Mr. Scott M on 10/1/2019 at 1:32 pm. to asked for refund. I was told by owner Scott M that refund would be issued once vacuum picked up. Vacuum was picked up on 10/03/2019 around 11 am. The representative that picked up vacuum said he would contact Mr. M to issue refund and it should show on my credit card account within a few days. A week passed and no refund. I contacted QC on 10/8/2019 at 3:01 pm. distributing and spoke with someone other than Mr. M who informed me that it would take about 10 days instead of three. I waited beyond the 10 days and still no refund. I call back and reached Mr. Scott M who said that his representative had not informed him that the vacuum had been picked up. I shared with him that the vacuum was picked up over a week and half ago. Mr. M stated that he would verify with representative and issue the refund. It's been almost two more weeks and still no refund. I tried reaching Mr. M several times more but no answer. I have left a a couple of voice messages with no return calls. I finally reach a representative via text messages. He called me back and stated that he spoke to Mr. M and he was out of town. He said Mr. M stated he would issue my refund on yesterday, Thursday, October 24,2019. But again, no refund. I tried reaching Mr. M again this morning but no answer. I tried reaching the representative through text messaging again this morning, but no response. Interest has started accumulating on the purchase of $1600.
Please credit my account the $1600.00 that is due to me. I am willing to forgo the interest I was charged. I would like for this to be resolved within a couple of days as I don't see a reason that an extension would be needed as I have attempted to resolve this with the Business owner on multiple occasions.

I sent in a notice of cancellation on a Kirby machine on 8-13-19. I had to call the finance company that they did the contract through and cancel my own contract because QC Distributing Group did not do so. However the owner of the company hasn't made sure the machine has been picked up and my down payment be refunded to me in a timely manner. I have made multiple calls and talked with two men, Paul and Scott. I've been given a run around as to when they will have the machine picked up. When I contact them they tell me that it will be sometime during the week I call or they will tell me the next week, then I never hear back from them. I received a text to call a specific number to schedule a pick up on 8-23-19 and still haven't heard back from them. This issue is terrible for business. I will never recommend this company for any business whatsoever.

Other (requires explanation) I'd like to be reimbursed the money that I paid down and I'd like to be compensated for the inconvience that the company has caused me.
We have retrieved the Kirby and gave her back her deposit and closed this account.
