I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint.  ID [redacted], and find...

that this resolution is currently incomplete. Due to my complaint I was able to have the process escalated (after nearly 5 months of stagnation). Prior to suggesting satisfaction with the overall complaint, I would prefer a follow up (if possible) to ensure that my rights are being honored. I was able to speak with Brad (manager at QBE) he suggested that everything was in the process of being completed. I've previously utilized trust, it did not work in my favor. Until I see the physical actions being exercised, I will not feel confident in saying it is "satisfactory". Thank you for assisting in this traumatic experience being expedited. Sharvella [redacted]
