QB Sales

Stuart at QB sales sold me a used motorhome and took my motorhome in trade for only the payoff value (over $20k below book value) as is. After the deal was made, sent me an invoice to pay a $2,000 repair bill for replacing spark plugs and coils due to abCheck Engine light warning. Within 8 hours of sending the invoice, he followed up with threats to not pay off the trade-in and making threats as to how that would negatively affect my credit unless I paid the repair bill. This kind of extortion is not acceptable and those doing business with them should know what kind of dealer he is. Further, when I asked for a better deal due to the crack in the windshield of the motorhome he sold me, he suggested I commit insurance fraud by reporting it to my insurance ‘a couple of months’ after I bought the vehicle.
