The overdraft in question was not caused by QapitalSufficient documentation was not provided by users bank stating that Qapital was the cause of the overdraftWhat [redacted] did provide is a screenshot showing a positive balance after a Qapital transaction.Qapital has offered [redacted] a one-time reimbursement of the overdraft as a courtesy but as already mentioned, we require official documentation from her bank linking a Qapital transaction to that fee, which has not been provided.Our offer still stands if [redacted] can meet the above requestThank you Tell us why here
