A refund is not in order for that service that was preformed 1/months ago and never complained about The service preformed on June 9th was for full color and cut/style a $value which was given free I don't know what I can possibly do for herI understand she was not happy but I cannot refund for a free service or for a service that was 1/months ago that she never complained aboutI also do not understand why she did not call the salon to discuss this if she had a complaint
