I have already responded to this complaintOriginally the option was given to replace the entire shower valveThat work was more costly and extensiveSo the customer chose to take the cheaper routeI did offer her a discounted rate on additional work, even though realistically my cost to do the
work doesnt changeThe shower valve is very old, the *** *** valve has a screw at the end of the stem that wears a a divet in the brass on the valveThis causes water to leak bySince we cant see it, we try to replace the whole valve, but that is costlyIm not sure what else I can offer this customer to make her happyAgain, a reduced rate was already offered
