As a volleyball player, coach, youth club director & PE teacher, I have done business with Q-Sport for over 20 years. They provide quality uniforms & volleyball equipment and many other fun volleyball related products. Everything is reasonably priced and arrives on time. They have also provided opportunities for our club to help players who couldn't afford fees by providing items for fundraising. I highly recommend Q-Sport products & services.

We have been using Q-Sport since it first opened. Ryan & staff are always helpful, courteous and timely with our orders. He has gotten us through our 12 years of CYO, 7 years of high school volleyball and 11 years of JO. We have received great customer service and pricing over the years. We highly recommend Q-Sport for all of your volleyball needs!
I have ran the Cloverleaf JO volleyball tournaments for the past 20+ years before passing it on to my successor. Q-sport at the beginning was one of the few sportswear companies that agreed to come in and sell their product at our site. Our relationship with Q-sport has been fantastic, with them coming to our site, bringing new products every year, and always providing excellent service to our players and parents.
Q-sport has been a great business partner for us and we look forward to always having them at our tournaments.
I placed an order on 3/27 at 12:55pm eastern time for 14 socks for my softball team from q-sport.com. There were no notes or warnings when the order was placed about limited availability of the product. The payment for the socks was posted to my account the following business day (3/28). On 4/3, I checked the status on the website because I had not received shipping information. The status showed pending. I called the 800 number to inquire about it. The associate informed me that my product was back ordered and he had "no idea when it would ship". He provided no firm dates or any kind of helpful information. They offered to refund my money, but I still want/need the product and it is not available anywhere else.
I received NO information from them regarding the back order of my product. Had I not have called, I still would have no information. He did give me the number of the manufacturer who is going to be shipping the product, but no other helpful information or possible resolution.
We respectfully disagree with most of the claims made in this review. We placed a drop-ship order (a direct shipment from the factory to the customer) within 24 hours of receiving the order on 3-28. The factory contacted us on 4-2 (the Monday after Easter weekend) to report a shipping delay of 2-3 weeks, but they could not guarantee an exact ship date. While our goal is to always ship the same or the next business day, this is not guaranteed and we explain that on our Shipping page. We contacted the customer right away to explain the situation. She was very upset we could not guarantee an exact ship date, but that was not possible because the manufacturer could not guarantee a date. We offered to find a similar item that could ship immediately or issue a refund. She then demanded the manufacturer’s phone number. We do not typically provide a supplier’s contact information, but in effort to appease her we provided it. She claimed in the review the manufacturer would ship the product, but that did not occur. We worked with her to find a comparable item that shipped from our warehouse and we have tracking information as proof. Despite her claims, we did provide helpful information throughout the transaction and a resolution. Our goal is to always provide a great shopping experience.
Made two pretty large orders only to find out their inventory was way off. Beware of these guys for sure. They have no clue of what they do and do not have.
Our goal is to always provide excellent customer service. In this case, the customer ordered Clearance items that typically have low quantities available. He was notified of inventory levels when he placed a call to us. There must have been a misunderstanding. We stated on our website for each item he ordered: "Please Note: Limited Quantities Available. Please call us to check availability." We have a toll-free number and our business hours listed prominently on our website. Many times we are able to recommend similar items to fill orders when stock is limited.
