We had the most frustrating experience trying to work with CCI/ [redacted]. He had come down to see about replacing our tub. He emailed an estimate, which we approved for the work, then sent a list of items we would need to purchase to do the project. We purchased them on good faith. Then began almost 3 months of trying to reach him. We would call; he would say he would look at his schedule to find a date, then wouldn't call back. Or we would call and he would say to call him after a certain time/after work, which we did; no answer. Once he returned our call and said he'd been on vacation for 3 1/2 weeks and that he would look at his schedule to put us on. We heard nothing afterwards. We finally gave up hope. I am almost 72 years old. In my lifetime I have never experienced such unprofessional service. We have retained all the documentation [redacted]
