She received the I pencil on 12-04-17 and registered her complaint with the Revdex.com the next day, 12-05-17. When we spoke with the complainant, she said that she had contacted the Revdex.com so quickly because she could not find a phone number for our company.The desired settlement for the remaining 24 pencils was a misunderstanding in that the complainant thought that the price was 5 pencils for $1.00 when it was in fact 1 pencil each for $1.00. We informed her of this and the complainant was fine with it.In summary, we received the complaint letter from the Revdex.com on 12-11-17, after which we spoke with the complainant and sent her the remaining 4 pencils on 12-12-17.We thank the customer for her patronage and patience in this matter.
