Q P C Paving

Hired to do repair/patch to loading area on 4/5/13. Used "topping" only no binder. Didn't prepare area adaqutely before paving, did not apply enough product to withstand elements, several areas cracked apart within days. Poor at best customers sevice. Did not return 4 phone calls. Returned 5th call only after threatening an attorney. Came out at closing time on friday 4/19/13 to prep areas, said they would return Monday 4/22/13 to complete repairs. As of 4/29/13, have not seen or heard from them. Called with no answer or return call. Have contacted an attorney for advise. Contacted several other paving companies for proper procedure to do the job. None said they would ever put down "top" in this application without binder and proper prep.
