Spoken to customer service to cancel sister's subscriptions because she suffers from MS and I am her caregiver. Answer was the same owe 400.00 from a very nasty rep. and was told it would be going into collections. I want to cancel these subscriptions no use for them.

Review: I have spoken with numerous customer service reps and told them to cancel the subscription to the magazines. The last person I spoke with was Jenny who said she would take care of it. Today I get a letter stating that I owe them over $400.00 and they will be sending it to collections if they do not get total payment right away.Desired Settlement: Subscriptions permanently cancelled and payments deleted.
