Q Link Has been nothing but some money grubbing pain in my backside.They have never sent me a phone that worked more then one day, and to replace it cost $each time and it wouldn't be sent out till the got the non working one back ( so to replace a non working phone they sent me cost me, and I was stupid enuff to give these people money times and still done have a properly working cell ) I even went and buy stuff to make it work for almost hours a day Q Link = Rip off

Purchased a day unlimited data plan and seven days into the plan they turned my data off, after using only 6MB of data.customer service claimed I had used to much data so they shut it offThis company preys on poor people and scams the government for tax creditsThe plan said unlimited and nothing elseThis is theft
