I am rejecting this response because: MrSnyder avoids to address the change he made to the contract during the field installation He mounted the blinds directly to the window frame in lieu to the concrete ceilingAs I mentioned originally in the claim he had explained that the high installation cost of $is that we have to mount the blinds on the concrete slab and is labor intensiveThat changed to significant labor reduction and MrSnyder has a contract obligation to provide credit.
