Review: My daughter took her Prom dress to "Alterations While You Wait" to have the dress hemmed. We specifically asked for the dress to touch the ground. The tailor explained the difficult material and performed the measurements to the ground. The quote for the services was $216 with tax which was paid before the alteration occurred trusting his quality and guarantee outlined on his website.When the dress was received the hem was approximately 1\2 - 1 inch above the ground and was not even through the dress line. You could see her feet under the dress so the delivered product was not what was requested.We approached the tailor, [redacted], he was very defensive about the work and blamed us, the customer, for the mistake. His webssite specifically say "Guaranteed Perfect" but the services was not perfect and the dress did not met our expectations or what was communicated by us asking for the dress to touch the floor. His work not only cost us $200 but the $300 dress is ruined. Paul was also very rude and load to my wife and daughter when they went to the store to consult with him on the alterations.Desired Settlement: The dress cannot be fixed as you cannot add length to the dress, ideally we like a refund of his services and the replacement value of the dress is not wearable to our satisfaction. The alterations were not at a high quality and did not represent the cost we were charged to perform this work,
