Q Emissions State Inspection

Review: I took my vehicle to be expected on 8/01/14. After the inspection, the inspector [redacted]) escorted me to my car and said the the car failed inspection due to window tint. I stated that my window tint has never failed inspection ([redacted]). He stated that if I paid him extra money my car would pass the inspection. After that, I took my car to several businesses to have the window tint checked. All results were the same (my vehicle's tint does meet state requirements). Two law enforcement officers looked at my tint and stated that it appears to be legal. On 0/02/14 I returned to Q Emissions and told the inspector ([redacted])that my car did meet state requirements. The inspector ([redacted]) admitted that my car did meet the requirements. He stated, "But I feel you don't deserve a sticker." I asked for a refund and the inspector started to use profnaity and he stated that he was above the law. I then called the police. As I sat in the parking lot waiting for the police, he came outside several times and made several remarks with profanity. He was careful, he did not shout and he waited until other customers left the parking lot.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $39.75.
