Review: This complaint is for Pyramid Taxi Inc, located at [redacted]. Today (01/[redacted]/14) between 8:45 AM & 9:15 AM, I had called this Pyramid Taxi Inc and over the phone, I had told them that where to pick me up and where I had to go, over the phone they told me that the rate would be $7.00 but after their taxi dropped me to my destination, the taxi driver charged me $8.00 instead of $7.00. When I called their office right away, the dispatcher changed his story and said "no no, its $8.00", plus he could speak English properly. When I told him that they had to refund the money they overcharged me with they hung up the phone. This was very disappointing and I would appreciate it, if you take true actions on this Pyramid Taxi Inc. [redacted]Desired Settlement: The right full thing to be done by Pyramid Taxi Inc regarding them over charging me is: (1) Half price and refund $4.00 back to me as an apology or (2) They give me a full refund for their rude behavior when I tried to call and talk with them and final way to resolve is (3) They give me back the extra $1.00 they charged me instead of sticking to what rate was given to me over the phone!!!
