Pyramid has attempted to correct the issue discussed by *** and we were ready to do the work when she stated that her insurance was going to be getting involved with this issueAt that time we were told to hold on and not to do any work until *** got back to usWe had the work ready and
organized to resolve all issues but we were never given the go ahead even after ***, our Warranty Manager, reached out to her*** has requested unrealistic expectations of replacing an entire roof when a small section needs to be replaced with some additional ventilation installedWe are trying to do the right thing to resolve ***'s problem but with no communication back to us and unrealistic expectations we have not been able get the work done even though *** has no warranty with Pyramid as she is not our customerWe have no obligation to this work as *** holds no warranty to the work but again, we want to do what is rightI have communicated with *** asking her to allow us to get the necessary work done to conclude and resolve this issue and am hoping to hear back from her soonThank you

My recollection of the conversation with the customer is slightly different.I believe that she asked me for a breakdown of our material and labor costs, which by policy, we do not provide.We have a signed contract for $2,850, which is attachedWhen it was discovered that we would not have to cut
out the stucco and repaint it, we discounted the job $1,to a new price of $1,750.I have also included an email from the customer agreeing to pay the new price

Although we disagree that the problem is related to Pyramid's work. We will be out there tomorrow to try and satisfy the customer
