I have had my rentals managed (poorly) by a real estate company in Swift Current for about 10 years and had plenty of good reason for dissatisfaction.
I reluctantly decided to try Pyramid Management, after all it is doubtful the service I was currently experiencing could be any worse.
It was apparent right away that I was dealing with a company that had the experience and the integrity to value and maintain my valued properties and tenants.
Terry, Rosemarie and their large team of trades people have many years specializing in only property management and they quickly demonstrated an interest in managing my properties to the professional level I was previously lacking.
I am thrilled to have the Pyramid team working with me taking great care of my properties and my valued clients.

This company is located conveniently downtown and has a well renovated exterior and interior. The owner of the company Terry speaks well and knows her stuff. Unfortunately it is not an honest company one can trust with your rent and damage deposit money. The fee they charge is reportedly low. However, there are a long list of fees each month. These fees are Fuel expense, bank service fee, office supplies, high maintenance fees and supplies fees on the top of management fee. Distribution of rent collected is not done in the same month (mid-month for most property management companies) but the mid of next month! To be specific, your tenant pays you on or before March 1 for the rent of March. Most property management company distribute the net proceeds (after expenses from the previous month) by March 15. Not for this one. You get the statement on April 15. I comment from my own experience as a client.
