I am extremely frustrated with Pyramid Management as they have not released a form that I require for the sale of my condo. As a result, the sale is being held up. I have paid the fees required for the release of the required forms but have had difficulty acquiring them. They are saying I didn't request the correct forms. [redacted]. They are a real estate company, I expect that they would provide the required forms in a timely fashion. I require the [redacted] certificate in order to sell my condo. What do I have to do to obtain all the correct forms? [redacted].TimelineAugust 24 - Email requesting documents. Received phonecall regarding a fee.August 26 - Paid fee. Receptionist[redacted] did not provide complete list of forms after I asked her if all the required forms were in the package.August 27 - Returned to receptionist for additional missing form.September 10 - Email request for [redacted] Certificate.Email request to stop condo fees due to sale.September 11- Telephone request for [redacted] Certificate. Receptionist [redacted] told me I would have to wait.Product_Or_Service: CondoDesired SettlementAll requested documents provided to [redacted] immediately.Business Response Our office was in receipt of your complaint filed by [redacted]. The following is our rebuttal of her complaint.1. Our office was contacted via e-mail on Aug 24, 2015 ([redacted])2. Paperwork requested was completed on Aug 25, 20153. Our office was contacted on September 11, 2015 regarding [redacted] Certificate4. Client was advised that the only person who could sign the [redacted] was away at meetings all afternoon.5. [redacted] was signed on September 14th and forwarded to the Realtor as per her request.Our office will not provide documentation not requested by the client, as we do not know what they require or currently have in their possession. As these documents are provided at a cost to the client, we do not do more than is requested. Our office is a Real Estate office, however, we do not do sales and specialize in Property Management and trust the client to request paperwork necessary for the sale, and as the client was dealing with a realtor, this realtor should have advised their client as to the paperwork that would be required.[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The business's response is defensive and accusational. It does not address the poor customer service offered. This situation is not rectified.[redacted]Final Business Response I am at a loss as to what the consumer requires. The [redacted] certificate has been provided, the sale was concluded of her condominium. [redacted]
