service providers do not refund partial Months to us. In addition the $99.00 alarm activation fee was not billed, nor was the cellular or interactive activation's billed.Sorry for the misunderstanding.

The contract was e-mailed to [redacted] 7/23/15.Payment was settled 7/23/15.The account was removed from collections 7/24/15.
