Review: I placed an order for item number CVA00054, Game of Thrones Map Canvas Wall Art on June **, 2014. The purchase was posted to my credit card on June ** in the amount of $47.48. I never received an email confirmation of my purchase, so I contacted customer service (on June **) to inquire about shipping information as this was supposed to be a graduation gift. I received a prompt email reply (on June **) stating they had indeed received my order and would be shipping that day (June **). Unfortunately, they sent the wrong item (on June **), a Map of the World (see attached file photo). I contacted the same customer service email address that day (June **) and attached the picture of the incorrect item asking for a prompt exchange as this was a graduation gift needed by July [redacted]. NO RESPONSE from PyramidAmerica. On June [redacted], I emailed the customer service department again. STILL NO RESPONSE. Last week, on July **, I used the website's online customer service page, requesting a return label and refund. STILL NO RESPONSE. Enjoy your item in any surrounding of your choice, including your home, office or dorm room.
