have to be done in order to pass inspection. The home owner then decided to hire someone else. The home owner demanded I return an unreasonable amount of money for the three days worth of work that I had done.

If nothing else I want it noted that this case was NEVER resolved. We tried taking Mr. Casis to court but he gave a false address on the contract and it proved too difficult/expensive to pursue. His response is blatantly false.

Why is this case closed? [redacted]' reply is not true. I hired another contracter because after 90 days he refused to return to do the work. He has since had two more complaints filed against him on Revdex.com with similar details. Taking money in advance, making claims that he'll be back to complete work and then never showing. He's also apparently had a few run ins with the law. I don't expect to ever see my money again but I want it now he took $1600 of our money and never did the work. Thanks.

He is at my home now starting the work. please place the case on hold. He had an emergency yesterday and was in jail so he could not come or contact me yesterday. Thank you
