Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t trust anything they tell you. They’re a bunch of scammers. Before I made my purchase, I purposely called them to confirm a discount. I spoke to Marla Montgomery and she flat-out lied to me, in turn convincing me to open an account and make the purchase. After I received my purchase, I reached out to them to find out why the discount wasn’t applied. Cheryl Salisbury and Mariah Hendrix said they wouldn’t apply the discount even though Marla told me so. After some back and forth, I decided to then return the product as I can’t deal with a company who lies to their customers to get them to make purchases. They then said they would charge me a 25% restocking fee. Which was surprising, because Marla told me that they’d issue me a FULL refund with no restocking fee should I decide to return the products. Nothing but lies from this company…in today’s day and age, this is unacceptable. Shady practices equals a shady business…Contractors/homeowners take your business elsewhere!

We ordered from this company online on a Wednesday afternoon, and they charged us a $15 fee for using our credit card and almost $40 in shipping for 2-Day Air shipping. Then, they notified us that we would not be receiving our order until the following Tuesday - 6 days later - because they failed to get the order to *** in a timely manner. When we were not happy with that because their product would not arrive in time for the *** (***) project timeline, they said, "Tough luck. No refunds on pipe."

We highly recommend that you choose a more reputable and courteous company.
