I got called out on Friday stating that it was very important for the consumer to get out of where he was I made few phone calls and told him the price Gave him a quote and he approved it over the phone I can get parts today and I called *** *** *** *** I
called and arranged for pick up in Vancouver I've never installed this before so I called up to get book time on parts I ordered the kit to replace the towing arms I couldn't get it all in Vancouver So I sent my boy to Eugene to do the pick up We did some pick up in Eugene and some in the Vancouver Warehouse There appeared to be a mix up We purchased through the company (manufacturer) We were told we can't pick up there that we must pick up at *** *** We charged him the quoted price We charged him for the trip to Eugene I'm new to the credit card machine Total was times but turned out to be We called the credit card company and confirmed it is times We gave him a refund of @ $ We got him going and did my job I could have charged him for two people but I only charged for person I did what he asked me to do I told him in the beginning it was times and still we provided the refund All invoices state $per hour from port to port This is on all my invoices He knew the pricing
