I am rejecting this response because:After replacing the questionable parts from Putneys with parts from another vendor, it solved the problemThe warranty to not cover labor to replace faulty parts from the vendor in question is a poor business practice and resulted in my lossI am requesting payment for the labor the remove the faulty partsIt was not faulty labor
