Customer said they received the wrong product We researched the issue and determined that the manufacturer part number they ordered is indeed what they were shipped and received We even confirmed with a UPC on the box Customer's issue is that the picture did not 100% match the
product they received The manufacturer uses various stock photos and there are slight variations (even the manufacturers website picture matches what we used when selling the product) In our terms of service we even call out that pictures may be slightly different then displayed as manufacturers make changes all the time to products and use various photos depending on the product At the end of the day it ALWAYS defaults to the manufacturer part number and the current shipping version We offered them the ability to return for a refund but at this point they have not contacted us further We even encouraged them to call the manufacturer for more information.Regards,Cory B***Big Supply Shop###-###-####
