Just sold my house and[redacted] represented the buyers. In my opinion, the transaction was a total nightmare. I was told on two separate occasions, the appraisal (which can take up to 20 days for the entire process) was ordered when in fact, the ratified contract hadn't even even been turned into the buyer's lender, which MY agent ended up emailing to the buyer's loan officer. So approximately 3 weeks into the contract, I was left scrambling with the movers and the house that I had purchased in another state, due to his negligent misrepresentation. He then ceased communication with the listing agent who represented me, not even acknowledging emails she sent and leaving her calls unanswered. In my personal opinion, I would never do business with this organization or agent, who is also the broker in charge of the company. It was my experience that he was sloppy, didn't follow up, and had pitiful communication. If I were looking for an agent, I feel like[redacted] and Putnam Real Estate would be my very last choice.
