On 9/26/2017 we issued a credit to the customer's account for the balance due after speaking with the customer. We did mail out an invoice showing a zero balance was due in regards to the work order mentioned in the complaint. Since sending the credited amount we have not sent anything further...
requesting payment or contacted the customer asking for payment. We did call and leave a message for the customer informing him that we did mail out a statement showing that the charge had been removed on 9/26/17 after speaking with him. The customer was contacted informing him of the mailed credit on October 18th after receiving his complaint via Revdex.com. We will happily send out another invoice to show that there is a zero balance due.

October 19, 2016 around 10am at no cost to the customer.The door was replaced at no charge the morning of October 19, 2016 and there are no further issues pertaining to the filter door. We apologize for the delay in installing the new part, but we do not stock these items and it was a special order.
