After service calls consisting of trips to our customers home, and several conversations with the manufacture's technical departments we are certain that there are no remaining mechanical adjustments that can be
made that can solve this unique "proper washing" issue
However, due to this unusual incident of inconvenience, we believe it is proper to offer our customer one of the two following choices
Free exchange of a new dishwasher priced the same as the unit in question ..or should they wish
Replacement with a higher priced unit if customer agrees to pay the difference in price
In order to assure a lasting resolution of customer satisfaction, It should
