Pusateri Brothers did a fantastic job of trimming my 70 foot tall maple tree. I was 100% satisfied with their service. They had the right equipment and expertise to handle the job with ease. The crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up all of the debris in my yard after they were finished. They charged me significantly less than other tree trimmers' estimates. I will absolutely use their services again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Experience. They were professional, neat and fast. I had the job completed within 2 days after I called Nick to review my project. Tree Down and Stump Grinding done was all in one day. Nice Job….

Review: My Mother(age72) and I had Nick P[redacted] do some stump grinding for us at her house. This was a job that took no more than 1 hour. Nick did fine up until I discovered that he missed part of a stump after we paid him. I called him to see if he could come back and finish the remaining stump. This was important because of proposed new plantings that interfered with this remaining stump. This was a 5 minute job that could have been done at any time but Nick refused. I called Nick on more than one occasion (12 times in a 30 day period) and all he could do is give me lame excuses and hang up on me at times. Nick also neglected give us a receipt for the check we gave him for $350.00. We have a copy of the check. At one point I explained that customer service goes beyond being paid for the job. If something else is discovered after the fact then it should be corrected. It's just that simple. Who knows, we could have more work for Nick, but not now.Desired Settlement: Since Nick would not come back to finish the job, and we had to have another company finish it for us. We are requesting a refund of $150.00 out of the $350.00 my Mother paid him since he failed to finish the job to our satisfaction.

Review: Pusateri agreed to remove (grind) multiple tree stumps, as well as remove a broken limb (hanger) from one tree on my property. I specifoically identified the trees that were to remain. 1) He cut down a healthy tree that I wanted to remain2) He has failed to remove the broken limb from a treeHe was paid, has cashed my check for the work.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like the broken limb removed promptly2) I would like $200 as replacement value for the healthy tree he cut
