We have been working diligently to rectify this situation which you were aware contrary to what is stated in Puryear's last response. I was at [redacted] the very next day to begin the process of determining what needed to be done and put a plan in place. I called Puryear that day and asked if we had heater bypass valves and if so where they were. I didn’t get a call back so I spoke to [redacted] (Puryear) about it when I was requesting a list of warranty work that had been done. I have the email from [redacted] stating that I was looking for this information. I ended up talking to [redacted] and they said if I sent pictures they would be able to tell me where they were. [redacted] did tell me where they were but decided it would be best to verify this Puryear because the put the equipment in. On May 27th I spoke to [redacted] (owner) about the valves as I couldn’t start the [redacted] process until these valves were located and the bypass was in place. His first response to us was that he would give us the information. A few minutes later he called back and said that he would not give us the information because we had filed a complaint. He hung up and then you called back and said you would give us the information. (this must be the free advice he refers to in one of his responses). We are baffled as to why you are acting like we were not moving forward. I worked with [redacted] and [redacted] very carefully to make sure the water chemistry was where it needed to be. I have all the reports of the water chemistry and its about 20 plus pages including all receipts of product purchase (over $500). I worked closely with [redacted] at [redacted] who I believe will vouch that I have spoken to him 3 or more times a week for weeks now. This process took some time to get the chemicals in the right perimeters to make sure the product worked to specifications (it took some time because of the constant rain). The [redacted] did not work. What efforts is Puryear referring to latest response? Puryear agreed to fix this problem and then did not and put it off on the customer. The only efforts I see is a company who is refusing to acknowledge their neglect which resulted in a new pool having stain/scale. Never once did I verbally attack any employees. This is statement is not true and attack once again on our character. Contrary to what is being stated in last response. Puryear did not give us any chemical to us to fix the problem. [redacted] made it seem like this was an envelope of stuff we dumped in the pool and it would be done. This is far from what was involved in this procedure and he knew it when you left our home that day. I reiterate Puryear did not give us any chemical only a small empty envelope. There is plenty of evidence and facts. I have gone through my claims to Revdex.com and I am the only one that has provided dates and facts. I never once slandered Puryear on the internet. It appears the only one slandering anyone is Puryear by calling us neglectful and basically liars (saying we did not take care of our pool). For us this was never about us trying to prove we are right and you are wrong. This was about Puryear fixing a problem they created. The ironic thing is Puryear did offer to fix this mistake but then took that offer back. We would have been your best referral. One of Puryear's employees has known us for a long time and we believe he would tell he would state that we have never neglected our pool. I am not in the interest of slandering anyone nor dragging Puryear's employees into this mess thus I will not name that employee, but I believe Puryear knows who he is. Our only interest was to get the pebbletec addressed and fixed. In April, [redacted] came out and said Puryear was going to fix the problem. When we never received a phone call to schedule the service, we contacted [redacted]. He came out and gave the job to us to fix. He handed me a small tiny envelope and said here is what you need to fix the problem. This must be the demonstration he is referring to in your response. There was no demonstration. We had already gone through our credit card statements to pull all charges to [redacted] Pools and have copies of same. Your statement in your response that it would not prove that we actually used the chemicals we bought does not make sense. I personally don’t know anyone who would go through the trouble of getting their pool water tested, buy the chemicals and then not use those chemicals. We are still waiting two companies to come out and let us know what needs to be done. One of them is telling us that its possibly acid washing might not even fix this problem.
Please allow us to have your pool for 5 days and I will fix your plaster. I will get it cleaned for you one more time then you will have to be responsible for it. Please let me know a date we can start.
