As I mentioned, our policy is to leave payments on file as a credit for a furture adventure with us. In June [redacted] and her guest were booked for a tour and we did have to cancel, at which point I offered a refund and she chose to leave it on file.Later in the summer, the second hike that was...

booked, they canceled due to an injury. Typically this would leave the payment on file as a credit for a future trip.I made a call to offer a full refund for the tours as I felt bad for the attempts at running a hike and them having to cancel.They have had a credit on file since. I did mail out a cheque to [redacted] at the end of September. I did forget to follow up to see if it had been received. I did then receive an email from [redacted] on Friday the 4th of October upset about not receiving it. I spent the weekend trying to figure out what happened and before I could follow up on the Monday, I received the complaint through the Revdex.com.We pride ourselves on our service so it hurts that our client was not satisfied. I now have the cheque here as 'return to sender' so something happened with the address. If it is satisfactory to [redacted], I would like to place an e-transfer on Monday November 20 for the full amount of $380.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  As per the attachment that I have included, there is no mention of the amount of the refund.  If the amount of the refund is for the full amount ($380.00) I will accept this response, and thank Pursuit Adventures for their compliance.Pursuit Adventures was given both my full address and the details (Security Question and Answer) related to how the refund can be made to me, on September 02.  Pursuit Adventures can contact me if they no longer have this email in their possession.
