Review: My Collie went in for grooming on Saturday, May 31, 2014 and the pet salon shaved half my collie down to the skin for no reason. I would love to post the pictures here because everyone that has seen her laughed hysterically. Its like going to the barber for a haircut and the barber shaves half your head down the middle. Also they didn't even clip her nails. This place is horrible. I called them and I have not received a call back as of yet.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, plus an explanation as to why they did this to my beautiful collie. I have to travel and take my dog to another groomer to have the balance of her coat that is not shaved off evened out and I really do not have the time in my schedule.
