I took my dog to get groomedWhen we got there I was told that we would have to shave him because his matts were too big (he's a puli where cords and matting are common.) I agreed to have him shaved, when [redacted] came home he was patchy and had irritation on his left [redacted] I went back the next day to request to fix his ears and for them to check out his [redacted] because they clearly nicked itThe person at the office said she would make a note of it and it would be dealt at his next appointmentWhen we got there to fix his ears they didn't make mention the cut at all and rushed his ears; they came out patchy as wellAfter a few days the irritation wouldn't clear up so I knew something was wrongI took him to the vet and the vet informed me that [redacted] has a serious infection on his [redacted] due to the staff at the groomers failing to mention the razor burn they gave my dog they day he got groomedI went back to the business to try and get my money back or at least an apology but in
