My parents were finally able to pick up the car yesterday (been in the shop since 5/3/2017).They were sent home w/ the attached paperwork & we just want to make sure that it will be honored by the business Thank you
Hello ***, as per our conversation over the phone, and according to what I have gathered here, on 04/28/2018, *** *** requested an oil change, and at that time tech had notice major oil leaks prior to any service done, customer *** *** was informed and declined any other diagnoses and
repairsaccording to david the former manager, he received and call from*** on 5/24/informing him that the drain plug was missing and stated that we did not secure the drain plug, and her engine seized, david did mention to her that that is highly IMPOSSIBLE and that he EXPLAINED to her that her car came in with a massive oil leaks and that if the drain plug was not secured/or missing she would have not left our parking lotshe was also advised to bring in the car here UNFORTUNATELY its not close byfollowing is a copy of the invoice provide thank you for your time *** *** manager
Hello ***, I received you letter say they rejected my response, #1) my statement to this matter still stand, will still don't know a true diagnose from the other shop other that a drain plug came offAnyone can make that statement and try to put the fault to others #2) It seems to me, the way I read this letter is that their is a second party, possible the shop where the vehicle is at, that makes no sense to accuse or insinuate that the work we perform was at fault Again, for a drain plug to fall off is highly unlikely due to the length of time from when she left our shop till a month latersigns should have be noticed by the customer, ie massive oil stains, engine knocking ect. it is the responsibility of the customer monitor the oil level knowing she/he had an oil leak and was also stated on the invoice so this type of problem can be avoided Thank you, *** *** General Manager
? I am rejecting this response because: This manager was not even working at the store at the time of the incident? I have filled a complaint with the BAR since Purrfect will not take responsibility of there mistakes I will be taking them to court we will let the BR and the judge decide what is fair and equitable? I have contacted Purrfect corporate office letting them know how shady of a store is associated with their name
