Repairs done before doing a complete check of all issues.
Replaced alternator in June 2019 , Engine lights on again, took in approx 9/16/19 bad alternator. Also explained I was hearing a noise wanted ckd. Went over things that needed to be fixed (axles, valve cover Gasket, Trans fluid and lower control arm, Rotors, Rear brakes), Quoted 1200 was told I could apply for car care credit, no interest for the 1st year so I applied and was approved. I explained to Dexter I would go ahead and do it because instead of getting a new car I would just put the money into this car to keep it longer. They applied the charge of $1217.20 to the card on 9/16/19. They did not have the alternator part in, they asked to bring it back next day 17th. 9/17/19 had to have car towed in broke down due to alternator. I was picked up by MGR Brandon on 17th and brought to the shop to pk up the car. I mentioned to him about the noise I was hearing in the car again, said they would get it taken care of it. They were not able to finish all repairs on 9/17/19 brought back on 9/20/19 to finish. Dexter came in said repairs were finished I asked about the noise again, he said oh yeah let me check. Dexter came back said it was the Left front wheel bearing, they replaced it. Asked to make sure they test drive to make sure noise was gone. They did not charge for the wheel bearing since that was there mistake on the issue. One of the mechanics drove the car I still heard the noise. They looked at it again, Dexter came back and said I needed a new transmission. I had repeatedly said the only reason I was getting the repairs done was so I could just keep the car longer and hold off on getting a new car. Dexter said he understood. When I was told it was the transmission I was hoping he was wrong. I took the car to get a second opinion and they agreed it needed a Trany. I called spoke to Dexter on 10/18/19 @ 10am to explained that I had taken it in for a second opinion and they agreed. I said something needed to be done. I did not pay $1217.20 to have repairs done to a car that I cannot drive. The noise should have been looked into along with all of the other issues, not after the fact. If I would not have asked again about the noise when Dexter said all the repairs were done I would have left with the car thinking it was all fixed when they hadn't even checked what that issue was. Dexter said he would call me back after speaking to Brandon MGR,I didn't get a call. Called again @ 3:58 pm spoke to Brandon MGR explained to him, he said he understood, said it was Friday couldn't do anything until Monday 21st so he would have time to pull paperwork would talk Monday 10/20. Explained to him again I would never have had repairs done on a car that needed a new transmission. They should have checked everything out before starting the repairs, but they forgot plain and simple. I didn't hear from Brandon on Monday. Called him on Tues. 10/22 said he had a meeting set up on Thurs. 10/24 with the upper mgmt. would let me know. Didn't hear from him. Called on Friday 10/25 l/m with Nora who works at the desk because she said he wasn't in, asked to have Brandon call me. No call. Called again on 10/29 again was told by Nora Brandon was not available. L/M if he did not return my call that day I would take matters into my own hands and deal with it in another way. I filed a dispute for the charge of $1217.20 with car care credit through Synchrony bank on 10/31/19. I think it is ridiculous to think someone is going to pay for repairs and to then find out after that you can't drive the car. I could have put that money towards a different car.
I am requesting a full refund of charges.
Oil leaked out of my 2010 *** on June 22, 2019. The service manager and his mechanics inspected the car and told me that the car upper oil pan leaked and the engine needs to be removed for replacement of new upper oil pan and it's gasket. They charged me $1,600 for replacing the upper oil pan (parts and labor) along with other repairs, they charged me $3,000. However, after they finished the repair, I found that they really didn't replace the upper oil pan at all. I went back asked them to show me the old replaced oil pan, the could not produce it. In addition, I took my car to the *** for an independent verification for the upper oil pan job and the mechanics and the store Assistant Manager, Glen, both verified the the upper oil pan has not been replaced, there was still some leaked oil on the old gasket. I went back to confront the Purffect Auto manager and he agreed to refund me the charges

Refund For the upper oil pan replacement cost. Unfortunately to this date they have not refund me the fraud charge. They told me that the company management haven't decided how to refund me the fraud charge. Another problem with this Purffect Auto Service #*** is that they don't provide Typed written estimates for repair work as required by law. They forced me to sign the sales agreement before providing me the detailed itemized billing statement.
$3500 in charges and the problem stilll exists on my vehicle. I was told by manager that did not want to tell me his name that I was 86.
My car is not fixed and new manager says I' am 86 from shop and I'm not to return. Really??? I have warranty.

My personal information was used to process a loan of $1200 without my consent. They refuse to void it or cancel it despite multiple attempts.

Purrfect Auto to approve the cancellation of the loan so the loan agency *** can process the cancellation or void. *** has agreed to void the loan so long as Purrfect Auto gives the okay, which they are refusing.
I paid to have fluids changed in my car and not only had it not been done, a cable in my engine bay was cut clean. It was in great condition before.
I called Purrfect Auto located on *** for a quote to have the transmission, as well as the brake fluid replaced on my 2013 ***. (Service was done on December 19th, 2018) When I arrived I was told the price was misquoted, but they would do the service anyway. (Note: This was after I could hear him yelling at whoever took my call for making this mistake). After the service was "done" he brought me back and offered an additional service to which I declined. I got my car back a few minutes later and thought nothing of it. Two days later, my car wouldn't start. I went to get the battery charged and as I removed it I realized the ground cable for my battery had been cut almost cleanly in half. I cleaned out my own engine bay not even a week before that (which included removing the battery) and there was nothing wrong with the cable. Furthermore, every mechanic I've spoke with has told me that this is not something that "just happens".The only people who had access to my engine bay in that time period were me, and the mechanics at Purrfect Auto. The lock on the hood was not broken or tampered with so that ruled out someone forcing my hood open. I confronted them about this and they had denied everything. Because of this, I began to doubt that the intitial service I had requested was even done. It was not. I checked my transmission fluid and it came out as a dark brown color with a burnt smell. So not only did they do no service at all to my car after accepting my payment, I strongly believe they sabotaged my car purposefully to bring me back to their shop and pay them to fix a problem they created. I read the *** reviews for this location after the fact, and the manager at the location (Same man who helped me, "Charles") had at least 20-30 1-star *** reviews directly addressing Charles and how he had "ripped them off". I was absolutely taken for a ride and although $180 is a lot of money to lose, the fact that ***er's are saying Charles had talked their grandmother into buying a whole new engine for six grand, is despicable. It is an awful thing they're doing, and I hope I am heard so this no longer can happen to the good, trusting people of this city.
I expect a full refund of $180.00 (as no service had been done on my car) as well as a check for the $20 I spent to replace the part of my car they willfully destroyed.
After being a customer for over 4 years and spending a few thousand dollars with them, I took my car for car repairs in the amount of $2050. Which I have to take an auto credit card out for since the manager said the repairs were urgent and if they weren't taken car of it would cause more damage to my car. I was told that the repairs would take one full business day. I left my car there that night ( after waiting over three hours for the assessment to be done). I rented a car for the following day, and right before they were closing I had to call to find out that my car wasn't ready and would have to stay another day.. The following day, I picked up my car and drove to the first stoplight and the car was exhibiting signs of poor work manship. I called immediately and the manager said to bring it tomorrow and it would only take 10-15 minutes to assess what was wrong with the car. I ended up sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half to hear that the parts that I had just paid for were defective. I then brought my car back numerous more times and it was never ready and had excuses a slew of excuses of why it couldn't be completed. It got to the point where I had to stand in the lobby and demand my car be fixed. Then the manager and another guy named Sam ( who refused to give me his title). Told me that they would call the police on me etc. Eventually he apologized and promised my car would be done that day. It wasn't and I had to drive it in poor condition. After numerous attempts to gain corporate contact information. I received a call from a women named Deborah who authorized for me to take my car to another location and reimburse me for the rental car and the next rental I would need. I sent her the receipts for the rentals. I have text messages from her stating she would write the check, and send it to me. Waited over a month, and she blocked my number and never returned my e-mails. I then spoke to a man named Dawn who seems to be giving me the same run around.

Refund After having to deal with the lack of professionality from the auto shop as well as the general managers. I would like the refund for the rental cars that I was promised and a refund for some of the repairs I had to pay for. This company took away my time, money, and added a large amount of stress to my life. I would like for the company to investigate their management team, and have a better way for customers to contact corporate. The auto shop should be investigate for if the work is even done
The shop replaced and repaired my purge valve twice and it is still defective and they refuse to offer to resolve the issue and take responsibility.
On 08/04/2018, my "Check Engine Light" came on in my 2008 *** and I took my vehicle in to Purrfect Auto Service, located at ***, for a diagnostic exam.
Purrfect Auto ran the diagnostic test on my vehicle and determined that I had a large emissions leak and needed to have my Purge Valve replaced, among other things. I agreed to have the malfunctioning parts replaced by Purrfect Auto that day and paid them for parts and labor to do so.
After they replaced my Purge Valve, I smelled a strong scent of fuel while driving my car and the "Check Engine Light" came on again. I called Purrfect Auto back and advised them that the problem that I had paid them to fix and repair was still unresolved and I came back to the shop exactly a week later on 08/11/2018 for them to determine what the issue was.
They told me that the Purge Valve that they had just installed for me the week prior was defective. I thought that that was pretty unbelievable and questioned them as to how that could be possible when I had just paid them hard earned cash to fix that very same issue. They said that the part itself that they had just installed was somehow defective and they agreed to replace the Purge Valve yet again, a second time, and advised me that the issue would truly be resolved the second time and that I would not be having this same exact issue again.
Several weeks ago my "Service Engine Soon" light came on, so I had my vehicle serviced, and the light went off. About a week after that, the "Service Engine Soon" light came back on yet again.
On 12/06/2018 I took my car to ***, here in ***, where I now reside, and had them run another diagnostic test to determine why the light was on, and low and behold, they told me that my Purge Valve was defective and it indeed was the cause of the problem and it needed to be replaced.
I immediately contacted Purrfect Auto #*** on 12/06/2018 and spoke with a manager, Charlie, and advised him that the Purge Valve I paid him to replace back in August twice, was still defective and that he was responsible for correcting this issue because I already paid him and had this done twice in August. Charlie advised me to contact *** to make a warranty claim and have this defective part replaced yet again at no additional charge to me, here in *** where I now reside.
I contacted that number which was for PowerTrain Warranty issues and submitted a claim. They were unable to assist me and told me the auto shop had given me the wrong info because they only cover entire engine replacements, not individual engine parts.
On 12/07/2018 I called Purrfect Auto back and asked to speak to the manager and spoke with George. I told him everything and he said that he would look into what he could to to get my part and labor done here for me in ***, took my info, and promised to call me back.
On 12/11/2018, I called Purrfect Auto again and spoke with George, because I had never heard back from him. I repeated the entire story to him again, he took my info again, and promised yet another call back.
I never received any call back from Purrfect Auto so I called back on 12/13/2018 and again spoke with George, he told me he couldnt do anything for me because I moved to ***. I told him that my location had nothing to do with his two-time defective work and parts and he was responsible for offering some type of assistance to me in making good on his bad repair, because I was still within the contiguous United States. He said no he didn't and there is nothing he can do for me.
I asked for a corporate contact, or owner contact, so that I could escalate my issue and seek the assistance that is rightfully due me from Purrfect Auto and George told me that there was no Corporate Office nor Owner nor any other above him who I could go to to escalate my problem, that he was the end of the line and he owed me nothing.
I want the business to cover the entire cost of new parts and labor to repair the defective Purge Valve issue at a reputable repair shop where I now reside, which they were already paid to repair twice; or an immediate and full refund of all monies paid to the shop on 08/04/2018, per invoice #***.

ON 06/17/18@ 11:57AM-1:30PM I TO MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE(OIL CHANGE) AND INSPECTION.3 DAYS LATER 06/20/18 I NOTICE AN OIL LEAK IN MY DRIVEWAY, CONTACTED PURRFECT AUTO TO TELL ABOUT THE PROBLEM, WAS TOLD TO BRING CAR BACK.11:15AM-11:31AM CAR CHECKED SPOKE PERSONALLY WITH STORE MANAGER MR.CHARLES ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS OK.06/26-07/07/18 CAR PARKED AT AIRPORT NO LEAKS NOTICE.ON 07/10/18 @9:47AM-10:12AM TOOK CAR IN FOR FINAL INSPECTION BEFORE OVER THE ROAD DRIVE. 07/13/18 @5:16AM DEPARTED TO *** FOR WORK. ON 10/12/18 11:08AM TOOK MY CAR TO ***. FOR SERVICE-A. REQUIRED MAINTENANCE FOR ***,& TO PREPARE TO RETURN HOME AFTER ENDING WORK ASSIGNMENT. UPON INSPECTION I NRECIEVED A CALL FROMM REPAIR SHOP THAT THEY WOULD'T BE ABLE TO PREFORM TASK, DO TO THE FACT THE THE LAST SHOP THAT DID MY OIL HAD PLACE ***/SILICON UNDERNEATH THE OIL PAN BOLT AND THAT THEY AREN NOT WILLING TO CORRECT SOMEONE ELSE DAMAGES.I THEN TO CAR TO *** SAME DAY FOR INSPECTION TO CONFIRM AND THEY TOINDICATED THAT A SUBSTANCE WAS PLACE ON MY OIL PAN.WAS VERBALLY TOLD THAT IT CAN BE REAPIRED AND THAT IT CAN COST ANYWHERE FROM $1,000 DOLLARS AND UP.11/12/18 CONTACTED PURFECT AUTO ABOUT NOTATION AND MR. STATED HE WAS MANAGER ON DUTY. NO RELIEF, 11/13/18 SPOKE WITH MR.CHARLES STORE MANAGER, HE ASK FOR ME TO SEND HIM PHOTOS, AND SAID HE WILL CALL ME ONCE RECIEVED. HE NEVER CALLED. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS FINAL GETS HIM ON THE PHONE. HE TALKED A FEW SECOND THEN AFTER TELLING HIM WHO I WAS FROM RETURNED VISIT HE THEN STARTED TO GIVE ME A RUN AROUND. PUT BROTHER ON PHONE TO SPEAK WITH HIM, HE STATED BRING THE CAR IN.ONCE INFORMED THAT I'M IN ***. HE THEN REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE. TOLD ME TO GET LAWYER OR WHOMEVER.

This company has had my car since SEPTEMBER 2017.
I was told that I would have my car back in 3 days.
I took my 2006 *** into PURRFECT AUTO located at *** on SEPTEMBER 23, 2017 (yes, A YEAR AGO!)because the engine light came on. I was told that they knew exactly what it needed and they would have the part in 2 days and I would have my car back in 3 days. They ask for payment up front.So I paid them $1340. up front. I probably have had my car for 18 days during this whole time.They ordered a part and I was told that *** sent them the wrong part, this happen on 3 occasions. Then I was told that *** was BUILDING a part for my car. I called *** to be told that they DO NOT build parts for individual cars.I have dealt with their excuses of employees being fired, employees dying.Even the owner, so I am told (over the phone) has used the excuse of having to go to the hospital on two different times that she was SUPPOSED to get back to me.I am now dealing with a very
unprofessional and rude person by the name of Charles, who in the beginning told me that if anyone could fix my car it would be him and for me not to worry. At this time I told him that now I was worried because the other 3 or 4 people told me the same thing.This last time they told me my car was fixed I went to get it (Friday)and put it in the garage 2 days later when I went out to go to work it would NOT START. So once again I paid to have it towed back to them and they hit me for another $450. for an alternator. Like an it I paid them because I had no choice. And once again they kept my car because they still do not have the part that they say they ordered. This week I called *** Corporation to once again be told that *** does not build a part for an individual car. I was told in the beginning that I would have help in getting a rental car. They have lied about this also. I got on line to check out the Revdex.com today and to my suprise there is a letter to you from someone else with almost the same identical problem.This ordeal has been a nightmare and this should not be legal for them to take advantage of the customers that are willing to do our part and pay them up front to get parts. They use our money to exist. I want my car and my money and compensation for the rentals and Ubers that I have been FORCED to live with.SOMEONE NEEDS TO STEP IN AND CHECK THE PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY.I know that Revdex.com can do nothing but show the complaint but if this helps just one person then this is ONE.

On July 22, 2018, I took my car to your garage for an AC inspection. One day later, the AC continued blowing hot air and charged for the same services
On July 22, 2018, I took my car to your garage for a free oil-change service as advertised. I received a phone call that my AC inspection and serpentine belt is needed for repair and I agreed. Shortly after picking it up the same day, the air conditioner began blowing hot air because of your mechanic's failure to properly inspecting the AC unit.
As a direct result of the negligence AC inspection, I paid the Purrfect Auto Service $299.98 for necessary repair work. I enclose a copy of the invoice showing the "performed" services at your garage on Invoice #***.
I had no obligation to return the car to you for further repair. However, I returned to the shop on July 24, 2018 for an AC inspection due to the hot air and to no avail was estimated for a cabin air filter replacement and EVAC recharge with an additional AC line and condenser replacement. See second Invoice # ***. I refused the service as I had expected these services were completed during my initial visit.
I am requesting for the full refund amount of $299.98 as these services were not performed. There was no one who explain the services done to my car but a phone call to pick it up and to pay and was given my car keys. When I came the second time, again, I had a concern that the AC was not done properly and told there were more problematic issues. The mechanic did not listen to my concerns, but instead tried to haggle me a deal with discounting labor and using his cell phone calculator to "punch numbers".
My vehicle was put in the shop on Friday April 6,2018. I was told that my vehicle would be ready in one week. It is now May 4,2018 a month later and my vehicle is still not ready. The Manager Charles advised me that the wrong part has been delivered on two separate occasions and it is not his fault that the vendor continuously sends the wrong part. I have spoke with 4 different managers regarding my vehicle and Charles has been by far the rudest of them all. I spoke with a guy name Christian who told me to send over a copy of all my *** receipts so that I may be compensated for my inconvenience and Charles advised me that he never authorized any compensation for my inconvenience and he is in fact loosing out on money because of me and that me being compensated was not in the budget. He told me to call Christian and see if he would pay me out of pocket because he as the manager had not authorized any compensation. Charles was very rude and told me it was not his fault my car was involved in an accident and told me that I am asking him to do everything under the moon and he is doing me a favor by trying to get the correct part ordered. I asked him for the Corporate number or someone above him and he advised this was a independent franchise and that there was no corporate office for me to contact. I looked online and left a voice mail message at ***.
Other (requires explanation) All I am trying to do is seek some type of compensation or reimbursement since they advised they do not have a loaner car for me to borrow nor will they pay for a rental car for me to use until my vehicle is fixed. I am a mother of 4 kids with a full time job also I attend school full time and this situation is extremely stressful to me. As a consumer I feel as though the main goal of any company should be the satisfaction of the customers. My husband, son and I have spent hundreds on ***. Thx

Took my car for oil leak.Was told my warranty would cover all but 300.Of I put the repair on a credit card that it would be reimbursed in a few days I put 3359.31 on my card.Repair was only1374.41.Warranty will only reimburse on the 1374.41.Purrfect Auto owes me 2346.81.
