Hello,
I am responding to Revdex.com
Case #[redacted] Complainant, spouse, contacted us about three weeks ago
regarding a personalized order. He had no proof of purchase and we had no
record of the sale. It is our company policy to provide all customers
with copies of their receipts, especially when we are creating a custom order.
He was advised to present a receipt or bank statement where the charge
was made... we have not received p.o.p. We will cheerfully produce the
order or return the customer's money, once we have proof of purchase.
Moreover, there are
details missing from the complaint, who sold them the merchandise, what was it
supposed to say, colors, or how did they pay for the transaction? We have
double and tripled checked our sales for that time period and have no record of
the transaction. I am afraid that with out p.o.p, we can not be of more
assistance, doing so would establish the wrong precedent within our
organization.
