Purple Moon

Ordered a month ago. Have not heard a word about my order even after multiple attempts by email. I want my order or my money back. There is no information on the website to get in touch besides email.

Review: I ordered a bumper sticker (I Brake for Turtle, Frogs, Big Sticks and Leaves) on July 17, 2016 from Purplemoon.com. I received an email confirmation of the order at 8:13pm on July 17, 2016. I confirmed with my credit card company that the amount of $6.49 has been charged to my account for the purchase.

I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted Purplemoon.com several times through their customer contact email address ([redacted]) and have not received any contact back from them. I went online to track down an actual phone number for the company; when I called, I was told that the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.

I would like to receive the merchandise I paid for, as I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. Review: Ordered decals from this business in June, 2015. My credit card was immediately charged for the full amount (around $90). Have never received the decals. Tried to contact them by email as they do not list a phone number anywhere on their website. Nobody purple moon will get back with me to let me the know status of my order. I left them my email and phone # on the email I sent them.

If they do not have the decals I wanted, they should refund my money.Desired Settlement: If they do not have the decals I want, they should refund my money. If they have some of the decals, they could deliver them and refund for the decals they do not have in stock. They should at least contact me as I requested by email. Very poor customer service!
