Thank you for an opportunity to respond to this complaint.I sold this business, The Purple Goose, in on a contract for deed and through a default took ownership back February 14,The coupon that is in question was a program subscribed to by the previous owner, never meAfter research of
the company and their 50% off program I decided no to continue the previous owners participation.There are signs posted throughout the restaurant and bar and on the front door that state we do not accept these couponsThe person that lodged this complaint was told we do not accept the coupons and became angry due to the length of driveMy Bartender told them them we would gladly give 10% off his ticket and he refused. I have personally reached out to the person that lodged the complaint on different occasions to try to find out more information about how he could have gotten these coupons with my business on them, considering I am not a part of this program and to apologize again for any inconvienceHe did not respond.
