Purofirst of Milwaukee

[redacted] from Purofirst accepted a $5000 check to begin a restoration project. He had his workers winterize my recently burned home, and we worked toward getting the rest of the project (restoration) underway. He suddenly decided he could no longer stay on-board, but he never refunded the rest of my deposit, nor would he provide receipts for the work done. At one point, after the winterization and scale drawings, he estimated that he had provided approximately $3300 of work, so that leaves about $1700 that he still has one year later. He refused to open or respond to my emails.

Purofirst has been the nightmare you run and scream to wake up from. I honestly thought I was getting into a very professional contract only to find out that it came with alot of excuses and laziness. Also the blaming of an ex-employee, instead of just being honest with the fact that as the owner of the company you never overlooked the document you signed off on. So due to the lack of proofreading, your stuck with a job that you claims has been under-estimated. However, that is not the fault of the customer but, somehow the customer is the one that suffers. Not only do I suffer, I feel totally discriminated against. Due to my financial circumstances, I am being treated as a nobody, a nothing. As if this job was not even a thought. If your thinking of getting any work done to your home I strongly suggest that Purofirst is not the company you go with, unless your okay with your job that was not suppose to take but 3 months now going on month 7, getting done when they feel as if you matter.
