He went out of his way to ensure that follow on tasks needing attention were promptly and properly handled. I could not recommend Chris and PuroClean any more highly.

Chris at PuroClean was so helpful when I was trying to identity a mold or mildew issue in a bathroom of a house I was looking to purchase in Fort Worth. I was able to send him photos and talk to him over the phone about it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me great advice so that I could make the best decision on how to move forward with the house. If I ever have any issues in the future, they will be the one I call!
