This company was unclear about what they would be doing, (removing mold and dry wall, replacing dry wall etc.) how long the process would take, and how much it would costThen the manager replied to TEST email I sent to male sure it was the correct person to contact with "get your janky [redacted] test emails out of my inbox"Then he explained that he thought that I was a NEW HIRE! That makes you wonder how they treat their employeesThe company -did not book the 1st date of service REMOVE all the mold have the equipment to complete the air duct cleaning replace the dry wall that THEY removed inform us of the amount of time it would take(hrs) asked for payment up front and THEY WERE RUDE Our AC company recommended them but now says that they will NEVER use them again Please think twice if you use these guys and GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING

PUROCLEAN CLEANED MY CARPETS. THEY HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN 10 YRS.
WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK, I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES, MY CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW, INCLUDING MY STEPS, AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE ,WITH GROUND IN DIRT FROM MY GRANDSONS' OILY SHOES.
I WOULD RECOMMEND PUROCLEAN TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THEIR CARPETS CLEANED.

Our AC company recommended them but now says that they will NEVER use them again.
