Agreement of 140 dollars was suppose to be returned on or before March 31st promoter is nowhere to be found and ceased all correspondence

The correct amount refunded was for 134.62 ...the second amount that was attempted to be swindled from me ...I have agreed to not pursue the original 140.00 as I satisfied the second amount was refunded thanks to paypal doing their due dilligence and catching the fraud entering a invalid tracking number. I am satisfied ..I know I will never receive the 140 back but that person is still broke ans struggling and I am not :)
