I ordered the product on 4/29/23 and I emailed them immediately and asked them to not send me the product. I did not like that when you oder there product they offer up-sells for very discounted prices. I received an email stating "Our business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm EST. If you placed your request outside of business hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday, we appreciate your patience! We will get back to you as soon as possible. Shipping Notice: Most US orders take 5-7 business days and international orders between 7- 14 days (this does not include weekends or holidays) to be delivered; however it can also take carriers a few business days to register your shipment status, which may delay your tracking results. We appreciate your patience."

After I emailed them on Saturday canceling my order I received an email that my product has shipped on a Sunday at 6:14 PM. Here is the email:Your Purity Woods order has shipped! External Inbox [email protected] Apr 30, 2023, 6:14 PM (2 days ago) The email stated that it would ship in 5-7 business days and they shipped on a Sunday evening at 6:14. I don't believe them that they shipped the product on a Sunday when they stated 5-7 business days to ship.

I had to go to my bank and cancel my credit card and now I have to change all of my accounts with the new information. Buyer beware as this company only cares about making money, and I am receiving emails from them marketing there products that I don't want and I asked them to remove me from there marketing email list. This company is dishonest and all I want is my money back. I have already have a dispute with my bank and they have all the emails that I received from them and what I have emailed them. Also the link with the tracking number has an error, Buyer Beware!

Overall great experience with this company. Their products are non-toxic and organic which is hard to come by. Great customer support as well. I highly recommend!

Great, high quality products with no toxins that make my skin super smooth and hydrated! They were super responsive getting back to me with my questions. Will be ordering again from this company!
