Review: On May 21st, 2015 purity solutions charged my card for $61. I waited about 5 weeks before attempting to contact the company to figure out the status of my product. I have reached out several times and haven't been able to get an answer. Waiting 11 weeks after my card being charged for a product is rediculious.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the $61 they charged my credit card.

Review: I ordered product from this company. Paid for "2 day priority shipping ". That was 2 weeks ago. I have contacted this company several times to mo avail. They stole my money $35.00 and never sent product.Desired Settlement: Either send product I was charged for or give me my money back.
Review: I never received my product and then over the coarse of a month I emailed their customer support 6 5 different times 5-6 days apart with not a single response. Terrible serviceDesired Settlement: I would like my product and or complementary service for disrespect of not even contacting back a customer asking why they have not received the product they paid for immediatelly.
Review: After I ordered a product by mistake last Saturday 4/18/15. I emailed the companies customer service email to cancel and not charge my order no more then 10 minutes after the order has been placed. I have since then emailed a total of 4 times trying to get verification that they have received my request and will not charge my account accordingly. Since then absolutely no response and today 4/25/15, I was charged $45.00 off of my checking account and sent them a prompt email to then again receive no response. The company either does not care about customers or is attempting to scam customers for money, the order was placed a week ago and I am charged today? I am very frustrated coming from the customer service industry and would like a prompt refund and explanation. The company still has no responded to any of requests, they claim to be having issues with they're main email and ask to send to a different address, which I have done 3 times now. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the amount that was taken from my account immediately.

I have not received a response from them after they emailed me May 6 apologizing and promising my refund. I since then responded to them twice and did not receive correspondence yet or my refund. [redacted]

Review: I ordered a product through Purity solutions on may 5th. On may 9th they sent an e-mail stating that a label had been created and was waiting to be sent to USPS. They gave me a tracking number. I was supposed to receive the product in 2 -3 business days. I have not received it yet. I called USPS and they said that Purity solutions still hasnt sent the package to them to be delivered. I have called them numerous times, left messages everytime. I e-mailed them several times as well and I can not get a response or anyone to answer a phone or call back. I even researched the company and got another cell phone number, called it numerous times and still no answer.Desired Settlement: I just want my product. If they are not going to get it to me, then just refund my money, but I need the product.
