I’ve personally reviewed [redacted] account and as per our Call Log Activity report, which records all account activity, [redacted] sent an email on 5/**/16 requesting cancelation, a prompt reply was sent advising him to call our Customer Care line as cancelations must be done over the phone for security purpose. [redacted] called in on 8/**/16, however, the order had processed and shipped on 8/*/16.

As noted previously, At Purity Products, all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance and compliance. [redacted] agreed to the Super Saver program for the Certified Organic Juice Cleanse when she placed the free bottle order; she was advised to call within the first 2 weeks if not satisfied so she won’t be charged or shipped anything further. [redacted] did not called within the given timeframe, thus the order processed as scheduled.

My apologies, our records indicate [redacted] had declined to join the Super Saver program; unfortunately, our agent failed to indicate this on the order. I’ve personally reviewed [redacted] account and as per our Call Log Activity report (see below), on 3/**/15 [redacted] called in and changed the ship date from 6/*/15 to 7/**/15 via our Virtual agent “smartaction_user”; he called again on the same date to report a missing bottle to which our agent sent a replacement for. The next call was on 8/**/15, which [redacted] requested a cancelation, again completed by our Virtual agent “smartaction_user”. The order in question had shipped on 7/**/15, which was before the cancelation was requested. [redacted] request for a label or refund has been denied.

[redacted] called again on 11/**/15, the day after the order was processed and the agent had the warehouse go thru hundreds of orders to find the order, once found, the order was canceled & fully credited. The Super Saver program has been canceled.

By agreeing to enroll, a three month supply is shipped after the free trial , and every three months thereafter at the discounted price 25% off retail. Customers that cancel within the free trial period are never billed and only incur the initial shipping and handling fee for the free trial received.All calls are monitored and/or recorded for compliance, quality, and training purposes. I have personally reviewed the account and found [redacted] called on 06/**/15 requesting to cancel the order that was recently processed.  When I called Purity on 1/**/2015 @[redacted], I called to cancel future orders. Period. I never, never asked for a delay. Nevertheless, they sent me out a new shipment on 2/**/2015. They did not comply with my cancellation order. It cost me $11.55 to ship back their unwanted product on 2/**/2015. They have failed to refund my mailing cost.

Purity Products has not been truthful in their response. They stated I agreed to the super saver with a delayed date. That is untrue. I told the company representative, [redacted], on 1/**/15 that I wanted to cancel the automatic shipments because I saw no benefit to the product. She tried to talk me into a delayed order. I said no. The purpose to my call was to cancel the future auto shipments not to delay anything. She told me that I had until Feb [redacted] to call back to resume the auto shipment that wound go out on Feb [redacted]. I told her I understood the fact I COULD call back to resume if I want further products. I never called back to resume anything, therefore, leaving my cancellation intact. Purity Products then went ahead and use my credit card without my knowledge or permission and shipped an order out on Feb [redacted], 2015. To me that is theft. [redacted] the supervisor ,asked me for my cancellation number, but [redacted] never gave me one and I did not know I was suppose to have one. It cost me $11.55 to mail the unwanted product back on 2/**/2015. They will not credit my account until they get the unwanted product back by return mail. They forced their product on me even after I cancelled it, tied up my credit card, and cost me $11.55 out of pocket in return mail costs. I am very unhappy with this company and they way they deceive the public. Shame on them.  I want the $143.85 returned to my credit card account and the $11.55 in mailing cost returned to me.
