To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for allowing me, as a representative of Purgatory Creek, and opportunity to respond to the aforementioned concern The deposit for Mr [redacted] ’s apartment will have a deduction to clean the carpet for damages beyond normal wear We have photographs of the damage along with the invoice for the cleaning charges This deduction is listed on page of the TAA lease contact Our customers have the option to bring their rental payments to our office, or the convenience to pay online We are open days a week and most holiday’s for our customers to bring by rental payments, work orders, or pick up packages Our online payment system is available 24-giving our customers the convenience to pay when their home or away from home We make every effort to make the rental payment process quick and easy, but in the event payment is not made by the due date, we must follow the guidelines set in the TAA lease contact The late fee charged to Mr [redacted] was accurate as outlined on page of the TAA lease contract We regret that Mr [redacted] left our community displeased, and are grateful for the opportunity to address his concerns Kind regards, [redacted]
