I just received an order delivered to my home. It was left at my door. The driver left and when immediately I went to get the box I saw a giant hole in the box. The box was clearly marked fragile and stated "this side up" on the outside. I immediately inspected the contents without opening the box due to the large hole in its side. I discovered 1 item missing. I immediately called the company to file a complaint. The owner stated it was not his fault that the box was damaged and an item was missing. He said when I order again he would send a replacement of the missing item. I stated that I was not going to order from his company again. He then said well then it's not his fault in a very rude manner. He stayed that he stands behind his products, they are the best. I said what good are they if I dont get them delivered properly in good condition. I got loud because he kept talking over me. Then, he abruptly hung up on me. I immediately called back, but he put me through an answering machine. I left a message saying it was rude to hang up on me and all I expected was a replacement for the item I paid for. I stated I would not order from him again because his company should be responsible for items missing.

This is common client courtesy. I want to file this complaint for the replacement of the item or a $12.00 refund from my $274.90 order.
